How to update Last review date for Services table

Does anyone know how to update the last review date that is in the services table? I am trying to use it for a data certification process of recertifying application services and I want to put the completed date in the last review field so I know how up to date the map is. I have tried in flow designer but cannot put a time and date. Is there another way?

Just a Thought...
Data Certification Job Must be Creating a Task For a Group/User. When This given Certification Task is Closed/Completed , Set The <Last Review Date> Field Using a Server Side Script.
