Report Help - Any Tickets older than 2 weeks

Trying to create report for all incident >=2 weeks old. What am i missing?

Yes. And that was stated by me earlier. By relative appears to be the one that would allow you to say 2 weeks ago. So you did all that with the screenshot and in that screenshot, as you can see, it doesn't have 2 weeks ago.
