Software installations missing

Hi,

I'm seeing missing/not updating any SW installations on windows server. Can i know what is exactly causing this issue.

 

Note: some times when discovery runs it brings SW installations records, But other day the we will not able to see any records in it. 

 

please help with your thoughts/ideas if you ever see similar issue.

Double-check that you do NOT have the Discovery Definition > Properties >> Use probe results cache, enabled (checked)

it also could be as simple as SAM plugin moving the data to the other table ... but we need more context 🙂

True, but the OP said it was there sometimes and not others, so it's a bit inconsistent on the return, not the processing... But AGREE, more context is needed.
