Software installations missing

Hi,
I'm seeing missing/not updating any SW installations on windows server. Can i know what is exactly causing this issue.
Note: some times when discovery runs it brings SW installations records, But other day the we will not able to see any records in it.
please help with your thoughts/ideas if you ever see similar issue.

Discovery uses the table "cmdb_ci_spkg".
With the SAM enabled the table "cmdb_sam_sw_install" is used.
Do you see the software in the payload input with the name "WMI: Installed Software"?

Can you go to the "Discovery Definition > Configuration Console" and check the Software filter.
Make sure it's enable and set to exclude the ones mentioned (Hotfix, Language Pack, Security Update, ...)
