Status of the CI is getting updated automatically

Hi All

 

Iam in San Diego and i came across as an issue recently that the some of the CI's status is getting changed automatically. I have done the below investigation however couldn't figure out what's happening. Could someone please help or suggest on way forward?

 

  1. The updated by user ('Cloud Auto User') is same as that of the user configured to mid server.
  2. Checked the alert remediation and couldn't fig out any related alerts at that particular time.
  3. Checked all the BRs but didn't find any BR that triggered this.
  4. Checked the ECC queue but no luck.
  5. Checked all the flows and workflows but couldn't find anything that updates the CI.
  6. Checked is there is any incoming webhook but there are no such calls.
  7. Not scheduled job with the user ('Cloud Auto User')

In Which CI Class Its Happening?

OOTB Discovery do not play with Status Field. This means there must be some customization which is doing this.

Check for Update time and see there is any Discovery Job which Runs?

Virtual and Linux server class. I did checked the discovery and don't find anything happening through discovery.

Anything else i missed to check in the above list ?
