Hi,
I have an issue with discovering Aruba ClearPass devices. We have SNMP credentials in place and test credentials is successful. Port 161 is also open. We are getting the OIDs. But the devices are not getting discovered.
Log: Active, couldn't classify. Please find the below SS for your reference.
Please let me know if I'm missing anything here or do I need to check anything else.
Thank you in advance.

That probably means SNMP OID is not present on your SN instance. You can check your OID on the discovery_snmp_oid table. If not present, then you may have to add it to the list and also load MIB files on SN.

Hi Devika,
Glad that your discovery worked.
There are various ways SNMP discoveries work. The link below may give you some more ideas about it.
In general, check Shazzam input XML for the payload received, and then understand which classifier/identifier probes are invoked, and you can understand it a bit more.

It got discovered because it met a classification criteria that was defined in the SNMP classify sensor. The OID , if in the system can act as another classification method if no criteria were met. We add new OIDs as product discovery capabilities come available but being able to add your own helps so you dont have to wait for us.
