I'm very new to ITOM - event management, I hope some one could help me understand below things
1) what details of an alert comes to the service from SCOM for example state, severity, name etc.,. Also will snow get the custom field details?
2)In SCOM for each alert a knowledge is associated with it. Is service-now capable of getting those knowledges?

Hi Rahul, if the client does not have event management, what would be the effective way to integrate SCOM? They want to get the alerts and create incidents.

Hi @pratiksha5,
If customer dont have event management plugin , then you can not received the event from SCOM and cant use as Event Management.
Then you can integrate with email based system and create Incident directly if customer using the Event Notification at source system.
