What ITOM subscription best ties with customer?

I remembered there was a link on Partner portal (some where), where you can select the best matching solution for your customer. It was kind of set of questions with drop down lists and answering/selecting different values, you can find out what is best ITOM suite; based on customer requirements. Could you please share the link reference   I have some information from customer and based on that information I want to propose them , what ITOM solution best fits for them. Also is there a link, document where I can explore the difference b/w ITOM Professional vs ITOM Enterprise ?

HLA falls under ITOM Health (Event Management)

Predictive AI-Ops is combination of few Components like event Management, Metric Intelligence , Alert Correlation etc.

Predictive Intelligence is Part of Now Platform and Its consumed by many Applications like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD etc.

 Some nice articles on similar topic which will guide you to Conclude many things. Predictive AI-Ops is not a separate things its all interconnected.
