Hi Everyone,
We have a orchestration workflow which is created on incident table it gets triggered upon certain conditions like
State is New
Assignment Group is Sys_Auto_Resolve
Short Description contains Linux Perf Stat
Opened by Perf_Sys_User
the workflow triggered fine after developing in SB & testing, it's moved to Dev & tested worked fine all the time & it also worked fine in QA & also in UAT instance. But very unfortunately didn't getting triggered in Production.
Not sure why this happened
Had anyone ever faced this kind of unfortunate, typical issue if so please suggest the necessary actions to be taken. Pls

Hi,
Without looking at the workflow and conditions we cant explain you. In context also it is not showing right.
Can you check the condition properly if it is meet or not.
Thanks,
Ashutosh

Hi Ankur & Asuthosh,
I couldn’t share the screen shot of properties & workflow at that moment because I am not having admin access in Production to check that.
later i checked with the admin team & found that the workflow is not triggering because it's not loading at all.
The reason for this is answered in https://community.servicenow.com/community?id=community_question&sys_id=8e6003e1db98dbc01dcaf3231f96... by Brendan Halliday.
