Thank you for all your help.
I have a question about the layout of the Standard tichket page.
As shown in the image below, I want to adjust the size of the Info Region that can be edited in the Ticket Configuration table and slide the Ticket Fields widget up.
However, when I check the Page Designer in Service Portal Configuration, it does not appear as a widget and is empty and cannot be changed.
Is it possible to change this kind of layout?

I don't think so, generally when you click on container it would show you name of container on top right corner, try making changes directly in widget.

Hi,
Please share screenshot of page designer, Standard ticket page is OOB widget hence do not make any changes to it and you can clone and make changes if you want, also go to page route option and see if there are any routing from standard page to customized widget is there.?

Thanks for the support.
The problem is now resolved.
I did not know much about Page Designer settings.
The steps I took to solve the problem were.
1. click on the container that would contain the Info Region, then click on the pen symbol in the upper right corner.
2. When the popup appears, change the value of "Size -md" from 12 to 9 and save.
3. You have successfully adjusted the size of the container.
4. Check the Standard ticket page on the Service Portal to see that the size adjustment has been reflected.
