add date range to a report header

I am new to this...

I have a report that is scheduled to run weekly.   Is it possible to put the date range in the header or the title of the report?

Currently it is   "Weekly Incident Tickets - Team Name"

They would like it to be "Weekly Incident Tickets 2/1/2017 - 2/7/2017 - Team Name"

OR

"Monthly Incident Tickets - January 2017 - Team Name"

My filter pulls   Incidents Resolved "Last Week"   or "Last Month"

We do not have the Analytis Tool

That does not really answer my question.

If it is January and I am running "Last Months" Report at 12:01am on January 1st.   I want my report to show in the Title the week or the month of the report. The red arrow line is what I want.   The one below it is what is put on the report.

He really didn't answer the question of how to put a Date Range in the Report Title / Subtitle. 

Instead, he assumed that you were using a "Scheduled Report" which sends a notification with a Subject line.

I am looking to do the same thing.

I want to run a report (Bar Graph) which will put the "Previous Month" + "Current Year" Value in my Report Title.

Anyone
