I am new to ServiceNow. I have a field, "Due Date" that I need to add to "Worker Tasks", can someone assist me with the best steps to accomplish this?

Thank you, I have added the field in our Dev. environment. I am working on moving that update set into "Testing". I am having difficulty even though I exported the XML file and imported it in the local update sets in Testing. How do I originally add a "change" to an update set?
