Hi All,
I tried to upload a new icon to Service-Now using the add new image option under system ui, but it is not showing up in the icons list. I also tried "upload file" under system definition with no luck. Can anyone pls tell me how do I add icons? Thanks.

I have similar issue. I have uploaded the icon into images/ folder and I cannot select it to replace a Module icon. The icon size is 16x16 as per spec and is a gif format like others,

I have no problem uploading and using images:
Go to System UI -> Images
Click on "new", then upload your image. The important thing is to add an "x" when trying to reference your images. Thus, if you have an image called "checkmark.png", when you reference it in your html you should call it "checkmark.pngx".
You can do many images at once: System UI -> Image ZIP Upload.
I hope this helps.
Cheers,
Geoff.

If you are having trouble selecting your image to be used as an icon, open the application module in list view: In the left filter type "sys_app_module.list". Find the module that you want to change the icon for. Then list edit the Image field, using just the name of your image (plus the "x"), with no subdirectory path.
In my attachment, you can see that I have changed the icon for one of the "Images" modules to the profile of a 727.
