Additional Comments in Templates

We would like to use Templates to pre-fill information at SCTASK level. However, when we apply the template, it fails to update the Additional Comments section. I believe, additional comments can be applied at RITM level. Is there a way to get the additional comments at SCTASK level? Is there a work around for this?

Hey SushmitaV,

First, additional comments field make it available on form by form layout.

then try to apply template.It works for me.

It should work just like any other field. Are you getting any errors?
