Agent Chat - Unable to edit the virtual agent widget parameters

Hi Team, 

 

I have configured a new Service Portal Agent Chat configuration for Proactive triggers to be enabled. 

 

On activating the agent chat, I'm able to see the chat icon on the portal page. I would like to increase the width of the chat window which I'm able to on a widget but here I'm unable to find the options to do so. 

 

How is the default agent called and is it possible to customize it? 

 

As the resources/documentation are less, help is required.
