Agent Workspace - Analytics Center Workspace module missing Dashboard Overview

Hi,

In our Agent Workspace, we've Analytics Center module that is missing Dashboard Overview frame on the right.

How can this be added? Which role is needed to edit that module and add Dashboard Overview?

I'm not able to access to that UI Builder showed in the procedure where I can modify that UI and add the viewport component. Presumably I should make changes to the Analytics Center Page and work on it,right?

What's the needed role to access that Builder and be able to accomplish these changes?
