I have set the Flow of the service catalog to "Service Catalog Item Request".
I tested it on my private instance and
When I set "Abel Tuter" to Requeseted_for,
"Rob Phillips" is now an Approver.
Why would the approver be "Rob Phillips"?
Where is the approver of the "Service Catalog Item Request" of Flow defined?

Hello,
There are a couple of subflows in the 'Service Catalog item request' flow that handle the approval process:
The first is 'Requested Item Manager Approval' and the second 'Requested Item Dept Head Approval'.
The first approval subflow is skipped (since Abel Tuter has no manager). The second approval subflow is then triggered where the condition is Requested Item => Requested For => Department => Department head.
If you check Abel Tuter's user record you can see their department is 'Product Management' and the 'Department head' is 'Rob Phillips'.
