Hi team,
I have a requirement for add new field (caller device) in interaction's incident tab, I am creating interaction and incident through Agent workspace and when i am going to create incident so caller device field is not showing, and this field is available in incident table but not in interaction .
so how can i add this field in interaction > incident tab.
please help me how to achieve this requirement.
