Approval is not required

Hello,

My name is dialy gningue,i hope you will find a solution to my problem.

we’re working  on  sub-prod instances (dev and QA) and we are currently working on change management application, and for some reasons that are still unknown, on changes approvals on approvers section, it display :  « No Longer Required » next to each approvals. approval should be required any time. We’re using a approval coordinator activitie  in the workflow to manage all approvals.You can see the Screenshot for a better understanding. do you have any idea how we could solve this ? hi every one, 

i found my issue, it was a BR that changed the value of the state field of approvals to false, it was based on several condition and unfortunately approvals for approval coordinator activities were part of.

You created a Group approval where only 1 of the group members needed to approve... then the rest of the approvals are set to "to no longer required".

 

do you want all members of the group to approve?

It display : no longer required for all approval group.

No, i just need 1 members of the group to approve.

Ps: the state of the first one approval is requiered because it's a manual approval.

Have you added an approval action to set approval to "requested".

can you post a pic of your WF?

i did not add an approval action? do you think that it has an impact on what happening?
