Assigned to Field in Problem does not show any data

Hi,

I am working on configuring our Problem Module. I am able to assign Problems to a Group, however when I click on "Assign To" the members show up as blank. I am able to use the same Group for Incidents and assign the Incident to an individual in that Group. Any advise will be greatly appreciated.

Check the dictionary override for the reference qualifier.  Looks like there is a reference qualifier in there that is stopping people from showing up, like maybe they need the problem management role, or something akin.

Hi - the new Madrid requires additional setup - the 'assigned to' field has a dictionary override for the problem tale where the reference specification require the 'problem_coordinator' role, as per below screenshot:
