Based on Role New Button in List Layout should be visible.

Hi

New Button will be visible/Available only for Admin and APM admin roles only. The Users who doesn't have these roles will not able to see New button in the Incident List view.

Hi,

Thanks for posting your requirement.

  • What have you done so far?
  • What has worked/hasn't worked? etc.

You can right-click any column header and choose "Configure > List Control" and then set your roles as needed for the "New" button.
