The same catalog item works when I click 'Try it' but it freezes and doesn't submit on Service Portal.
This is the error message I see when I inspect the page:

I made the Catalog UI Policy inactive and it worked. Don't know what is the issue.

HI Guys i have a similar kind of an issue
i have a catalog created , which is submittable when i log in as an Admin , but with itil user it not doing anything after clikcing on submit .
there are no entilements or user criteria .
As itil user m able to submit any other catalog item except this one .
Any idea why this behaviour .
please suggest
