HI,
User not authorized in the catalogue builder to edit any of the items, Even the owner of the catalogue item is not able to edit.

The user has catalog_admin role

 

When tried to open in the builder

"You are not authorized to edit this record."

 

What else can I check or is there something I am missing here.
Thank You!

Please check is that item check out at native view , under maintain item.

Can't access catalogue builder at all

any items in fact

Seems you need to log a Now Support case only.
