Chat Bot integration with SNOW

Hi Team,

I am working on two enhancement with integration of SNOW and Chat bot

1. W need to store the chat history of the session in SNOW tables and required for reports

2.To create the incident based on the Chatbot details ?

Any suggestion what would be my approach?

We are using Istanbul version of ServiceNow. Can you please let us know when Chatbot will be available on serviceNow platform for Istanbul version. Also where can I get more information about servicenow bot
