Hi,
I have created the new flow to close child Incident when parent closes. everything is working fine except state.
state field is not mapping with parent incident. what could be the reason ?
I tried mapping child incident state with triggered record incident state and parent incident state field. but its not working

Hi All,
Thanks for your response,
I removed the condition Active is True from trigger condition and State is one of condition from Look up records action and flow is working fine now.

Hi,
are you sure the state choice values in child are same as parent?
Any before update BR is changing the child state?

Hi,
are you sure the state choice values in child are same as parent?
Yes, all states are same.
Any before update BR is changing the child state?
I already deactivated them.
