CI history disappeared

The history of few CI's is disappeared. When we right click on CI header bar ==> History then we come up with below options:

1. Calender

    ==> Here I see a completely blank screen, not even the history list when the CI was created.

2. List

  ==> Here I see a list of entries for the date when CI was created.

This issue exist only with few CI's and not with all. This is something strange for me and getting no idea, where to investigate.

Anyone come across such a situation, please suggest!!!

Thank you for showing your interest. The issue I mentioned is fixed now. We found one specific field having different value in database table when comparing with audit table which was not allowing the system to generate history sets (from where history is generated).



Therefore, updating the audit table with correct value fix this issue
