Communicate close notes (accept risk) from problem to related incidents as working notes

We have a requirement from a customer that the close notes (Accepts Risk Reason) should be communicated in the tickets as work notes during problem management.

 

Can anyone help me here?

You need to create the New UI action as we have communicate fix.
