Are there any customer facing materials explaining what is included in ITSM vs ITSM Pro? Someone asked if see Service Portfolio Management and Vendor management are part of ITSM Standard or Pro. I couldn't find any documentation on that. My only thought was to go back to the SABA course for the licensing model. It would be nice if there were a web page we could provide or a one pager.

I used https://www.servicenow.com/products/it-service-management.html and clicked on "Packages" to see the main differences between ITSM and ITSM Professional.
I also have my own personal instance (via developer.servicenow.com) and use that to see what is all included for each application.

Oh Darn! It's so weird, in Docs, Service Portfolio Management and Vendor management are listed under ITSM, but not listed at all on the package list, at all.
ITSM Docs List: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/madrid-it-service-management/page/product/it-service-management/r...
Next I suppose I could try the developer instance and see if there is a plug-in. Usually the plug-ins warn you if there's an additional charge.

Correct, however in the developer instance, I am not sure if it's ITSM Pro or more. There were a lot of items that appeared as free for me in my developer instance, but not free on our company's instance. We went with ITSM I believe so that may be why.
