Dark Mode for Agent Workspace - Does it exist? in Rome

Hi ,

Is there any possible way to apply dark colors to the Agent Workspace  for easier viewing ?

Anyone can help me on this.

Yes Dark Mode is available for Workspaces!!

Follow these steps:

1. On right top corner click on the picture and click on "Preferences"

2. Then click on "Themes"

3. Finally select "Dark mode"

I am asking for Rome Version and also I have checked for Sandiego Version i cannot able to found the theme as you mentioned above.

Hi @Saranya K ,

You don't have dark mode in Rome!!

For San-Diego, you will need to enable the property :

In Next Experience, you use a new set of themes, not the old UI16 themes.
If you want to see the "Themes" option in the profile, you can create a new UX Theme or you can enable the dark mode theme.
That can be done by setting system property glide.ui.polaris.dark_themes_enabled to true.

To create a new theme, you can follow this procedure:

After selecting dark mode in theme also i not able to see the dark mode Agent workspace.
