Data Sources File retrieval method : Attachment

I tried Test Load in Data Source in 2 of my instance ie one in my company developer instance(CDI) and other on my Personal instance(PDI). Both of them are in Kingston Patch 9 version.

When i tried to load test value from XML in my PDI its getting success but in my company instance its getting failed (unable to parse error).

Note: XML file that i am attaching in both the instance is same.

But when i remove <!DOCTYPE tag from XML then parsing is successful in my CDI.

Can any one help me by clarify why is this happening?

if servicenow is on-premise then these issue will occur and this issue is due to company firewalls.

If access to the firewall is provided to servicenow then this will work.
