Good day,
I would like to have advice from the community on how to create a profile where you can assign the documentation tasks of the different modules (Incidents, Requirements, problems and changes), without having to incur the Itil role.
The Rol Itil provides privileges on the whole tool, however I need to document the cases generated by the resolvers, without them having privileges on the configured business rules.
If someone has an answer, I would like to know it.
A thousand thanks in advance.

Javier,
I suggest you generate a new question thread for this question as I suspect it will get lost here in this old thread.
For my 2 cents, I don't think there is an easy way to do this other than creating a custom role for each area.
