All of these are IT Business Management related roles

rm_epic_admin          administrative access to create/modify epics
rm_feature_user        operator user access to feature records
rm_product_user        operator user access to product records
rm_release_phase_user         operator user access to release phase records
rm_release_scrum_admin     administrative access to scurm release records
rm_release_sdlc_admin         administrative access to SDLC release records
rm_releaase_user       operator user access to release records
rm_sprint_admin        administrative access to sprint records
rm_story_admin         administrative access to story records
rm_task_user              operator user access to release tasks
rm_test_admin           administrative access to release test records

Most of these are included as part of other roles which are more common to apply to a group.  If you need more detail on some of these, let me know.

Good day,
I would like to have advice from the community on how to create a profile where you can assign the documentation tasks of the different modules (Incidents, Requirements, problems and changes), without having to incur the Itil role.

The Rol Itil provides privileges on the whole tool, however I need to document the cases generated by the resolvers, without them having privileges on the configured business rules.

If someone has an answer, I would like to know it.

A thousand thanks in advance.

Javier,

I suggest you generate a new question thread for this question as I suspect it will get lost here in this old thread.

For my 2 cents, I don't think there is an easy way to do this other than creating a custom role for each area.
