Delegate approvals for Change Management

We have CAB members who are going on vacation and need to delegate the approval process to a member of their team.
When they create a delegate through their profile, the delegate is not receiving any notification of the Change that requires their approval. It is also not showing up under their My Work dashboard or My Appending Approvals.
Is there a step we are missing?

Not sure if they checked all the boxes while creating the delegates.
Especially Below ones :
- Select the Delegate (User).
- Set the period of time.
- Specify the responsibilities the delegate will assume using the following check boxes. You can delegate:
- Approvals: The delegate can approve items on your behalf.
- Assignments: The delegate can view and work on tasks assigned to you.
- CC Notifications: The delegate receives a copy of Change Control email notifications sent to you, except those marked as Meeting Invitation.
