Email notification type is in send ready not sent in development

Hi All,

 

I ran a scheduled job, for problem task due date after 2 days. I have called the event in the notification.

I have checked the event logs and emails it was sent. Problem task able to see in the emails.

But my problem here is That email is not able to see under the worknotes of the problem task.

I have checked the problemtask type is in send-ready state  in development environment.

It should be in sent state.

Note: If i open the problem record under email, select from type: from send ready to Sent, It is capturing the worklog under the problem task.

Could you please suggest me ?

Sending of emails is turned of in development environments as default. If you enable it it should work. You need to know though that it will send all the emails that are in "sent ready" so make sure you dont spam someone or something you dont want to spam

Hello Simon,

The Email Sending checkbox is marked true in my Thunderdome instance, but still, the problem persists. I remember this working in my employee instance. Does Thunderdome not support sending emails?
