Endpoint Central (Formerly Desktop Central) Integration

We have connected our Endpoint Central instance with ServiceNow.  After we did it, we noticed that our inventory was not coming in for all items.  It was due to the serial number being the unique identifier in the CMDB.  We turned that off and sure enough, things started coming in.  I still see errors in the logs due to unique identifiers.  Is there anyone out there that has done this integration successfully?  I think this offers us a great way to update items, but they don't seem to communicate all that well.  Did you use some sort of transform rule or something to create a new unique identifier or did you use another identifier out of the Endpoint Central database?   Thanks!

Hello John,

As a developer in ManageEngine, I am pleased to announce that ManageEngine Endpoint Central now provides Service Graph Connector to enrich the CMDB of our Inventory. Our comprehensive asset population solution spans numerous tables.

Hi @dhinesh4

I setup this SG but it not seems to work, we did not receive any records on the source tables, any idea?
