Error "Information could not be downloaded from the server because the transaction was cancelled"

Hello All,

We have requested items related list on request item form and non-admins are facing below error while trying to select the requested items . Can anyone help with what could be the root cause.

"Information could not be downloaded from the server because the transaction was cancelled".

That's what I mentioned that the list collector is taking time to load.

Hello Kajal,

 

This is issue is specific to a particular role that is custom created. ITIL and admin users do not have this issue.

Why to have RITM in the related list of RITM again

The related list is available only for one specific catalog item and the issue is only with users having the custom role. I also checked for before query business rule but there isn't any. Also if I impersonate user with custom role and try to apply filter manually I am easily able to get the list it is just not loading the data when we select the edit button.

Requirement was to have ability to add any similar kind of requested item under same requested item with the choice being of the end user.
