Hello All,
We have requested items related list on request item form and non-admins are facing below error while trying to select the requested items . Can anyone help with what could be the root cause.
"Information could not be downloaded from the server because the transaction was cancelled".

That's what I mentioned that the list collector is taking time to load.

Hi,
Is that defined related list or OOB related list?
Is that user having write access to the table or the field which is used for forming the relationship
please share the screenshot for when this error comes and on which page

Are you having lots of RITM's in your system.
Possibly since there is some query business rule on RITM table which is taking time to execute and filter the records and hence the list collector is not loading.
Try checking how much time it takes for admin to see the RITM data in the list
try increasing the transaction quota timing based on the time comparison
