Error setting up Slack conversational integration for Virtual Agent

Hello all,

Im trying to setup a Slack integration with Virtual Agent in my PDI (San Diego)

When I click Install I get this error message

I'm following this article: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/paris-now-intelligence/page/administer/virtual-agent/task/configure-va-notification-triggers.html

I'm thinking it may have to do with a configuration in slack, but I cant find where.  Has anyone come across this?
any assistance appreciated

So I was able to follow the docs and Navigated to System Notification > Provider > Notifications, and then click New.

I get this error message but "Content for provider 'VA Slack Notification Manager' will not be sent. The provider is inactive."
