Email Notification is in Ready state only

Hi there!

I am unable to send the notification when the condition meets. I have also enabled the Inbound and outbound configuration in email properties.

I did some analysis by referring product doc and struck here to resolve it. Please someone can help me with this.

FYI, In email logs its showing in ready-state and the email is available in outbox and it is not moving to Sent after completion of interval 1 min.

Hi

as you can see in your screenshot, POP3 and SMTP connection are not working. If you are on a PDI you rarely have a chance to get it working.

If you have a customer instance and using the ServiceNow email infrastructure, you can raise a Support ticket.

If you have a customer instance and try to use your company's email infrastructure, you to have to reach out to your email administrator and investigate the issue.
