Hi! Currently we are working on Eureka. We created few weekly reports based on some criteria(like CIs, assignment groups and created dates etc.,) and created a trend chart.
Now I would like to have this report scheduled to email in excel format but once the report is selected from the look up , the only options available are PDF/PODF landscape and PNG.What is the best possible solution in order to get these reports generated into excels when scheduled.

Hi Ian,
Yes, when report is changed to list it will work but if I need to input the criteria of weekly and monthly only trend chart is possible. So in this kind of scenario what do you suggest and what should be done in order to export in excel

I think it's because you have the report as a trend chart try changing it to a list and see if that helps. You should be able to export in excel. http://wiki.servicenow.com/index.php?title=Creating_a_Scheduled_Job#gsc.tab=0

Hello Manoj,
Not sure about your requirement,
You can use 'Created' in Last week/ Last month/ Current month in List type.
