Formatted Activity List & Work Notes Journal Input

Hey, 

I need to have a custom work notes field and activity list, on a custom table.

I couldn't create a work_notes field without the u_ prefix therefore I couldn't use the Formatter option on that table.

Is there a solution to have the popular work notes field and activity list under it in a custom table?

You need to add a Journal type field on your custom table
