Getting an error (Invalid value for 'requested for') while ordering a catalog

Hi Team,

I am facing this issue of getting an error message (Invalid value for 'requested for') while ordering a catalog item only for a single user having ITIL role.After ordering item, the request and requested item are generated with correct information but still this error message gets displayed on order status page.

For all other users no such error is generated.

Can anyone please guide me to get rid of this issue?

This issue with user list, Those user's are inactive.

Hi,

Is this coming only for 1 catalog item and that particular user

It's getting an error for all catalog items, getting error with non admin role.
