Hide List in Service Operation Workspace based on role

Hi All,

 

I have created a custom list in SOW ,called as Agent Presence under Team Management category as shown in screenshot.Now mine requirement is I want to show this team management and agent presence only to those group managers which group has role called as x_auto_assign.

 

How can I hide from other members and show only to the above group maangers.

you can configure audience with that role and then have linkage between the list and the audience

1) create audience here -> sys_ux_applicability

2) then have linkage here -> sys_ux_applicability_m2m
