How can I make the messages I send via whatsapp to be assigned to the agents' queue even

if they are offline?

I need all whatsapp messages that are generated after working hours to go to a queue so

agents can respond the next day without them automatically closing.

I already did this but my problem is that I want whatsapp conversation to
be assigned to agents even if they are offline and you don't know if this
is possible.

I need this because I need conversations to show when agents become available
again. As if they could stand in a queue... But conversations are automatically
terminated when there is no agent online...

I thought it might be the way I'm building my virtual designer...
