How to add hyperlink in notification for approve/reject , for contract renewal? @Ankur Bawiskar

Hello,

We need to add link to approve/reject , for contract renewal. Means whether that contract owner is going to extend the contract or not. If he approves that implies contract going to be extend/renew. If he rejects then not going to renew/extend. We need text hyperlink email notification on ast_contract table .
