We want to use response templates & quick messages for our Service Desks. One of our requirements is that we can get the values of catalog item variables, e.g. "select_from_stock" into the response template. Reason for this is that we use these variables also to add data which is not coming from the enduser.
In Quick Messages we can access the data in the variables with this in the email body:
${variables.select_from_stock}
The same logic does not work for response templates. Any idea how we can access that data?

Based on an answer from support this is not considered to be working in the UI16. This only works well in Agent workspace.
