I would like to add several timezones to be used in SLA Definitions.
Where do I add these and how do I define the offset (e.g. GMT+2)?
Here is the list I want to create:
1) America/Sao_Paulo
2) Europe/Prague
3) Australia/Sydney
4) Europe/Bucharest
5) America/Argentina/Buenos_Aires
6) Asia/Shanghai
7) America/Los_Angeles
😎 Europe/Moscow
9) Asia/Tokyo
10) America/Mexico_City
11) Europe/Lisbon
12) Asia/Kuala_Lumpur
13) Asia/Singapore
14) Asia/Bangkok
15) Asia/Dubai

So the answer is to go to 'Basic Configuration' and then in the timezones area use the list collector to add TZs to the available list.
