Good evening.
Last time, I tried the below community answer for this question and it worked.
Solved: How to allow snc_internal users who are on a ticke... - ServiceNow Community
But right now, we have got one more issue related to this. snc_internal users are able to add comments on Service Portal but ITIL users are getting affected, as they are now, not able to see Additional comments. Only work notes is visible to them. Screenshot is attached below. Additional comments check box is now missing to ITIL users.
Please help me out with this through scripting.

ensure that table.Comments READ ACL has itil role in it
Also table.Comments WRITE ACL has itil role in it
