How to change OOB worknote display format.

Hello All,
We have a requirement that whenever case Date Fixed field is updated by the system, I should see the following system activity logged:
1] When case is updated to Resolved or updated from Resolved to an active state(i.e., New, Open, Assigned, In progress, Acceptance Test, On Hold) , where the system sets Date Fixed field with current date/time, I should see the field change activity logged by the system:
a] "Date Fixed [DATE/TIME] was blank".
2] When case, with Date Fixed date/time set, is updated to Closed or cancelled - system does not change Date Fixed field in this situation, I should not see Date Fixed activity logged.
3] System Field changes activity, when logged should look similar to the picture below image no. 6
7] Here's an example when the case is updated FROM Resolved to an active state should look like : image no. 7

I am not 100% sure that we can make changes in this. Did you check the dictionary entry for this or the system properties.
Also I would like to know what is the use case for this?

Hello thank you for the respose,
The use case is that we have to capture the activity entry of the Date Fixed field.
I have resolved with bringing the date fixed entry in the activity lof now i just want guidance on below points:
1] When the field was blank and updated with new date the Activity stream show as below format-
2] when the case is auto close and manually closed or cancelled the resolved case
Date Fixed field should not change and no "Field Changes" activity should be captured in logs.

unfortunately, there is no chance to change the outputs in the Activity Stream.
