This is my view:

2016-11-08 14_24_46-INC0057295 _ Dev.png

This view is on incident table.

Version: Helsinki

I have no idea how to config the fields.

On the other hand, why does this man have a fancier view than me?

How is "add CI relationship" enabled/disabled   in "Related Items" formatter

Here is your answer:

The name of the view is "sys_ref_list".

5.1 Modifying the Displayed Fields

The fields displayed in the Task Relations field and editing interface are defined by the Reference Lookup's list view.

To modify the displayed fields:

  1. Navigate to a form that has a reference to the table whose display values you would like to modify within Task Relations field.
  2. Click the magnifying glass to display the Reference Lookup list view.
  3. Right-click the list header and select the appropriate option for your version:
    • Fuji or later: Configure > List Layout
    • Eureka or earlier: Personalize > List Layout

The selected List layout will be used as the display value for records within the Task Relations field.

Hi David,

Information on how to configure the formatter is here:

http://wiki.servicenow.com/index.php?title=CI_Relations_Formatter#gsc.tab=0

The difference in appearance could be your role or it could be what version of ServiceNow you are using.

Hi @Chuck Tomasi,

The link which is provided above is not working, can you please provide the correct link

Here's the latest link I could find: https://docs.servicenow.com/csh?topicname=c_CIRelationsFormatterNG.html&version=latest

FWIW, You can find this, like most other topics on https://docs.servicenow.com
