This is my view:
This view is on incident table.
Version: Helsinki
I have no idea how to config the fields.
On the other hand, why does this man have a fancier view than me?
How is "add CI relationship" enabled/disabled in "Related Items" formatter

Here is your answer:
The name of the view is "sys_ref_list".
5.1 Modifying the Displayed Fields
The fields displayed in the Task Relations field and editing interface are defined by the Reference Lookup's list view.
To modify the displayed fields:
- Navigate to a form that has a reference to the table whose display values you would like to modify within Task Relations field.
- Click the magnifying glass to display the Reference Lookup list view.
- Right-click the list header and select the appropriate option for your version:
The selected List layout will be used as the display value for records within the Task Relations field.

Hi David,
Information on how to configure the formatter is here:
http://wiki.servicenow.com/index.php?title=CI_Relations_Formatter#gsc.tab=0
The difference in appearance could be your role or it could be what version of ServiceNow you are using.
